The essentials. All in order.
Dine-in or takeaway.
Every order has a place.
Custom table names, open orders, table transfers and split bills. Keep the details clear, however your guests choose to dine.
Clear totals. Easier checkout.
Record cash, card or DuitNow payments. Configure discounts, service charge and SST. Issue PDF receipts or print with an Android Bluetooth thermal printer.
Card and DuitNow are payment records. Actual payments use the merchant’s own payment channels.
Know how the day went.
Review revenue, order counts and top products by day, month, year or custom period. Export CSV files when you need to work with the numbers.
Connection lost. Keep serving.
Use the cached menu, edit orders and complete basic checkout. Pending records retry automatically when the connection returns.
Sign in and load your menu
First sign in online and cache the catalogue and settings. A valid cached session is required.
Take orders and check out offline
Orders, basic payments and cash records are stored locally before synchronization.
Reconnect for administration
Catalogue changes, settings, users and reports require a connection. Review sync issues in the pending list.
Restaurant admins connect a Google account from web settings. Files go to a dedicated K POS folder named after your restaurant in that account.
Daily data backups
Once automatic backups are configured, K POS uploads a restaurant data backup each day, covering your menu, orders, payments, cash records and other business records.
Monthly sales reports
On the first day of each month, the previous month's sales report is uploaded to the same Drive for later review.

Can I use both phones and tablets?
Yes. The K POS Android app supports phones and tablets. Tablets provide a wider menu and order view; phones suit smaller spaces. A web admin dashboard is also available.
Can I check out without internet?
After signing in online and caching the menu and settings, a valid cached session supports offline orders, editing, basic checkout and cash records. Records sync when connectivity returns. Catalogue, user and settings management and reports require internet.
Does K POS process DuitNow or card payments?
Cash, Card and DuitNow are recorded payment methods. Actual card and DuitNow payments use your existing payment channels. K POS does not provide an integrated payment gateway.
Can I print receipts?
K POS supports PDF receipts, Android Bluetooth SPP thermal printers and unpaid bills. Bluetooth printing requires a compatible physical Android device and printer. Confirm your hardware with us during a demo.
Can I back up to my own Google Drive?
Yes. Restaurant admins connect their own Google account in Web Admin → Settings → Google Drive. Backups and monthly sales reports are uploaded to a restaurant folder in that account. K POS only gets access to files it creates. Scheduled uploads require an active Drive connection and configured automatic backups.
