By using K POS you agree to these terms.
The service
K POS provides point-of-sale, reporting and backup features for restaurants. Features may change over time.
Accounts
Restaurant Admins are responsible for their accounts, the Cashier accounts they create, and keeping passwords confidential.
Your data
Business data entered into K POS belongs to the restaurant. The optional Google Drive backup saves copies to the restaurant's own Google Drive; the restaurant is responsible for that Google account. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use K POS for unlawful purposes or attempt to access another restaurant's data.
Disclaimer
K POS is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Restaurants should keep their own records as required by law.
